A NEW BOOK BY ODETTE DE BEER
The Catalytic Code is a framework for women who are ready to lead, build, and live without performing. Anchored in identity. Designed for the next chapter.

And still - somewhere quiet - you suspect that the next chapter is not about adding another framework on top of the woman you have already become.
It is about building from her.
From the values that have stood. From the wisdom you have earned. From the version of you who does not need to perform to belong.
The Catalytic Code is not a productivity system. It is not a manifesting method. It is a framework for women who are done outsourcing their authority - and ready to lead from what is already true.
The Catalytic Code is a complete system for building a life and a body of work that holds — across three pillars and five dimensions of who you are.
Anchor your work in something that does not move when the market does.
Design a way of working that is sustainable, sharp, and aligned with how you actually function.
Build something that compounds — for the people you love, the women coming behind you, and the version of yourself you are still becoming.
How you think, decide, and lead.
How you feel, connect, and care.
How you build, deliver, and execute.
How you stay anchored.
How you steward your time and energy.
You have read the books. Done the work. Hit the goals. And the next move cannot come from a template anymore.
You are no longer willing to perform a version of leadership that costs you who you are.
A new business. A new role. A new season of motherhood, marriage, or self. You want to build it on something that lasts.
You have had enough of performative positivity. You want a framework with depth - and a voice that respects yours.

Odette de Beer is the founder of SustainHer Hills and the author of From Heart to Bottom Line, the accompanying journal, and The Catalytic Code.
She has spent more than twenty years in business - across customer experience, operations, and leadership - and holds a Bachelor of Business Management, a Customer Experience certification, and Six Sigma credentials. Her work brings rigour and heart together: frameworks that hold up under pressure, written in a voice that respects the women using them.
Born in South Africa and now based in the Adelaide Hills, Odette writes from a dual heritage - the Ubuntu philosophy that says "I am because we are," and a Christian faith that grounds her work without preaching from it. Through SustainHer, she gathers women who are ready to lead and build from who they actually are.

From Heart to Bottom Line is about how to lead and build a business with both heart and rigour. The Catalytic Code is the framework underneath the woman doing that work: how you stay anchored to who you are while you build. They sit on the same shelf, but the new book goes deeper into identity, philosophy, and the long game.
It is written for women, drawn from work with women, and uses the language of women in their next chapter. Men have read it and found it valuable: but the voice and the lens are unapologetically for her.
The Catalytic Code is available now on Amazon - in Kindle and paperback.
